Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprint Associationhome page. The RMLSA is a Winged and Non-Wing mini sprint association that races in the rocky mountain region at race tracks such as: I-76 Speedwayin Fort Morgan Colorado, Phillips County Raceway in Holyoke Colorado, Sherman County Speedway in Goodland Kansas,San Luis Valley Motorplex in Mosca Colorado, and Thunder Mountain Raceway in Olathe Colorado.
The RMLSA was founded in 2010 through a merger of the Rocky Mountain Minisprint Association and the Colorado 1200 Outlaws. The RMMSA was a Non Winged club that raced on both dirt and asphalt. The Colorado 1200 Outlaws was a Winged club that raced exclusively on dirt. The new RMLSA will race the 2011 season exclusively on dirt with a 50/50 mix of Winged and Non Winged races.
