Boos wins again at El Paso County Raceway
17 POWRI RMLSA Lightning Sprints took over El Paso County Raceway for the last winged race there on a beautiful Saturday night in Calhan Colorado. Heat races were won by #82 Jason Woods and #24B Johnny Boos. The feature race went green to checkered once again on a smooth slick track with #00 Jacob Hazlett taking the green .Current points leader and 6 time winner this year, #24B Johnny Boos took the lead from the second row before one lap was complete, with #82 Jason Woods right behind him. Boos got a pretty good lead, but lapped traffic slowed up Boos allowing Woods to nearly pass for the lead with three to go, but Boos prevails at the end. #00 Jacob Hazlett rounded out the podium with his personal best 3rd place finish. #32 Blair Cooper finished fourth in his season best finish with #7 Josh Flood rounding out the top 5. #31 Steve Becker finished 6th, followed by #86 Jenn Woods, #21 BJ Sauer.#23 Colin Potoker, #13 Josiah King, #75 Corey Kelly, #61 Jesse Fernandez, #10 Ken Brown, #3 Rick Marchbank, #33 Gayle Ingram.

Crowder wins at Phillips County

14 cars made part two of the doubleheader weekend at Phillips County Raceway. Heats were won by #1 Troy Ullery and #24B Johnny Boos. The feature went green to checkered on a tire eating track with #26 Chris Crowder taking the win in front of #24B Johnny Boos and #82 Jason Woods. #39X Dakota Dillin and #7 Josh Flood rounded out the top 5. The balance of the field #00 Jacob Hazlett, #86 Jen Woods, #13 Josiah King, #61 Jesse Fernandez, #31 Steve Becker, #10 Ken Brown, #3J Joel Mellon, #33 Gale Ingram, #1 Troy Ullery. Dillin wins the Al Wilson Memorial and $777

17 cars checked in at I 76 Speedway in Fort Morgan, CO. For the Al Wilson Memorial Race night. Heat races were won by Johnny Boos and Dakota Dillin. The feature honored a great man Al Wilson. Sponsors raised money in his honor of his car #7, so the feature paid $777 to win. Dakota Dillin took the win on the last lap in his car #39x. Johnny Boos in the #24B took second, with #1 Troy Ullery taking the third spot on the podium. #82 Jenn Woods followed in 4th with #21 BJ Sauer rounding out the top 5. The balance of the finishing order was #00 Jacob Hazlett, #29 Dalton Webb, #3J Joel Mellon, #26 Chris Crowder, #31 Steve Becker, #10 Ken Brown, #33 Gayle Ingram, #82 Jason Woods, #61 Jesse Fernandez, #9F Andy Flood and #7 Josh Flood
